Returns
Return requests may be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@Farm-Eye.com and include your order number along with the reason for the return. Our support team will provide further instructions.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
